There is no service advisor layer here and no call centre. Walk in and the counter is the shop. Through that window is the floor, and the technician who looked at your vehicle is ten feet away, which is why a question about a diagnosis gets answered by the person who made it.
Melvin Michel has owned it since 1995. Ron Haffner has been bringing vehicles for twenty years. Rick Powell did his own repairs for the first twenty-five years of car ownership before he trusted anybody with them, and he has come here since 2004.

This place is as honest as they come. I regularly have my vehicles inspected from the amount of miles we drive and more times than not I've had my vehicle returned with an "everything looks great" or the repairs that have been done were done right the first time or quickly corrected.

If you live or work within about five miles of the shop, we will run you there and pick you back up at no charge. Say so when you drop the vehicle off and we will sort the timing.
Emergency towing is available. Call the shop on (281) 351-9499 and we will arrange it rather than leaving you to find someone yourself.
Yes. Our technicians are ASE-certified and there is a Master ASE-certified technician in the shop. Ask for them on the phone if you want to talk through a diagnosis before you commit to anything.

Bring the year, make and model and whatever you are hearing, seeing or smelling. If it will not come in on its own, emergency towing is available. We are closed Saturday and Sunday, so drop-offs and collections are weekdays only.
